The Sippin' Palmetto is a mobile bartending service based out of Columbia, SC. We offer our unique horse trailer that was converted into a bar on wheels for your next party! We provide insured and certified TIPS bartenders, generator, ice, plasticware, barware, and more! No matter what the occasion, we will make sure our clients are happy and the drinks are cold all night. We are fun, functional, and specialize in outdoor events.
Don't need the trailer bar? We also have options of a 6ft wooden pine satellite bar or a 4ft pop up bar with neon sign! See "Rentals" tab for available options.
Meet Sarah and Blake
We are the owners of The Sippin’ Palmetto. Growing up in small towns, (Blake from Lugoff, SC and Sarah from Santee, SC) we love meeting new people and serving others. Sarah and Blake have 9 years of combined F&B experience. Sarah has previously worked for The Westin Resort and Haig Point Club in Hilton Head, SC. Blake bartends each summer at the famous Bohemian Club in San Francisco, California. Her favorite beverage is a margarita while his is a manhattan!
